Where to start...
PSI Warmline

The Massachusetts Warmline provides toll-free and confidential support and information as well as listings of local resources such as support groups and clinicians.

The Warmline is not meant to be a substitute for professional care.  It is a way to connect with someone who understands and will listen.

Please leave a message and a trained volunteer or staff person will return your call within 24 hours.

You can contact us by email, as well.  Please don't hesitate.  We are here to help!

Although PSI of MA updates our resource lists periodically, we can not guarantee the accuracy of these lists.  PSI provides resource information to help you find the support you need.  PSI does not endorse or recommend any professional on our website, but hopes that you will ask lots of questions when seeking professional support.
